These are videos I’ve created or worked on throughout my career as a multimedia content producer. I’m also on IMDB for a few indie productions.

2006 – A Sense of Place from Nicole Davenport

This was a piece I created for the Bahle family of Suttons Bay, MI. It’s the story of Owen Bahle, a descendant of Norwegian immigrants who braved the waters of the Atlantic and carved out a new life in the harsh surroundings of northern Michigan. Owen is filled with a deep sense of pride in his family’s history and their involvement in growing a rag-tag pioneer community into a prosperous small town. A nice little bit of Americana.

2006 – The Color of Energy from Nicole Davenport

A follow up video to “Fueling the Future.” This time we traveled to multiple countries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria) documenting renewable energy systems within utility plants.

2005 – Fueling the Future from Nicole Davenport

A video I shot and directed about the success and ease of switching from fossil-fuels to renewable energy systems for both power and heat. It’s a documentary-style piece meant to educate and persuade the public to support my client, Traverse City Light & Power in its move toward sustainable energy production.

2005 – ONE3 from Nicole Davenport

A student short film I wrote and directed that was a finalist in the 2005 Microsoft Imagine Cup. The theme of the competition was “dissolving the boundaries between us.” My group and I were 1 of 6 teams from around the world who were flown to Japan to compete in a 36hr filmmaking challenge. We didn’t win, but we beat out hundreds of teams to get there in the first place.

2005 – Shake That Shit from Nicole Davenport

My first and last rap video, and first 24-hr work day. I was 2nd AC on this little gem. The song is by an artist out of Detroit, MI. The vid is pretty hilarious.

2005 – Illuminata from Nicole Davenport

A music video for an indie rock band out of Detroit, MI. I was a camera op on the project.
